The Student Job Fair takes place the first week of fall classes and the second week of spring classes.  The fair offers an excellent opportunity for off-campus Work-Study employers to showcase their jobs and meet with interested students.

The following benefits await employers who attend the fair.

  • An opportunity to meet with a large number of Work-Study eligible students. Last year more than 25 employers attended the job fair and approximately 800 students.  Students who are uncertain if they have been awarded Work-Study can speak with staff at the Student Employment table.  In past years it has been possible to make late Work-Study awards.
  • An inexpensive method to showcase your jobs. The fair is free for employers.  You are encouraged to bring numerous applications to the fair and use visuals depicting the job opportunities to attract students to your table.
  • An opportunity to interview.  Employers who wish to interview that day will be provided confidential space to meet with students.

The Student Job Fair is managed by the Pomerantz Career Center. Registration for the fair will take place on HireaHawk. For additional information, contact the Pomerantz Career Center.
